Yes, it’s perfectly normal. The added measures is the heart rate value that comes automatically with each new blood pressure measurement and that MySmaCa records as a separate data string. Remember that, before saving the new measurements detected, you can still review the values and individually select which ones you don’t want to import, by clicking on the small bin icon beside each value.
Data retrieval speed from the DfG infrastructure may vary depending on the internet connection capability, traffic conditions of the requests and many other factors. Additionally, remember the solution is in its prototyping stage. The overall capacity of the query management servers will be improved during the actual piloting phase, when more users will need to use the infrastructure. Some delays are completely normal in this phase. Please, be patient and refresh the My Data page at reasonable intervals to see your data showing up.
My Data menu in DfG Personal has been designed to show the latest relevant insights from your MySmaCa health care plan. For this reason, at the current stage, only the latest measurements for each data type managed by the app are shown up in this section. If you want to see your historical health data you need to refer to the Summary or the Reports sections in MySmaCa app.
My Data menu in DfG Personal has been designed to show only the latest relevant insights from your Fitbit app. For this reason, at the current stage, only the latest steps count, calories and active time of the current day are shown in this section, together with the daily average steps count and calories consumption of the past 7 days.
No, this is not possible in the current version of the app. As long as the location feature in your mobile phone is activated, the weather forecast service in MySmaCa will automatically inherit the current location and search for the weather data in that location. The location will change when you actually move from your current city/location to another place
You can go to Profile > Health Records > My Careplan. Swipe down until you see the button “Edit MY Careplan”. When in this page, click the “+” button beside the Titration section “Treatment” to add your own medication, setting up the time and frequency of intake and other important details. For more detailed information on this and other powerful features of the MySmaCa, you can refer to the full user guide of the app
Please, be aware that you won’t see data regarding your medication treatment within the My Data section in your DfG Personal
