Annemette Broch – Head of Operations

Annemette is passionate about ‘Maximizing impact through insights’​ and ‘Doing the right things right’ – professional as well as personal. Her history, passion and experience within data driven marketing, has transformed into a mission of securing individuals control of their own data in order to catalyze responsible activation of personal data.

In 2018 I founded DATA for GOOD foundation, and the vision is to create a public good based on a secure and ethical consent-as-a-service based on the individuals rights and preferences.
 
Kristian Johnsen – Strategy & Partnerships

Kristian is any management’s trusted advisor within change management and execution, organizational development and design, optimization and process development as well as digital business development. As an adviser, he values trust and credibility as essential elements in the good cooperation and advice process.

With a background as a director and leader in public and private organizations, he has 20 years of experience in management and facilitation of strategic and organizational change processes, including design, start-up and governance of new partnerships and organizations, with good results.
 
Christel Friis Conrad – Head of Product & Customer Success

With +25 years of experience in developing and executing comprehensive business development and marketing strategies, with a proven track record in delivering outstanding results and leading teams, Christel can drive business growth and marketing excellence aligned with strategies and goals.

Extensive experience with data, omnichannel, ABM, MarTech tools, SaaS, AI, analysis and digital marketing to create value for customers and partners. Christel enjoys developing talented employees and teams within strategy, marketing and digital with her unique network and know-how.

Brian Connelly — Digital Strategy & Data Analysis

With 13 years of experience contributing to complex, interdisciplinary projects in the energy sector and the past eight years in digital marketing, Brian brings a rare combination of technical insight and strategic communication to Data for Good.

His analytical work supports the foundation’s initiatives through data interpretation and performance insights, while his expertise in digital strategy helps translate those results into clear and engaging narratives.

By bridging engineering-level problem solving with a marketer’s eye for clarity and impact, Brian ensures that DfG’s digital presence and project reporting reflect the foundation’s commitment to transparency, trust, and responsible data use.
 
Anna Starynska – Partnership Development, Associated Partner

Results-oriented and accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the e-health health & life science industry for spearheading market entry and facilitating startup growth along with a profound aptitude for partnership & business development and strategic leadership. Worldwide international sales experience, excel in cultivating partnerships across EU, UK, and Asia.
 
 
Yasmin Sarkhosh – Project Lead on Events

Yasmin Sarkhosh is an Ethical Data Scientist with a background in medicine. She is dedicated to rethinking how technology is built — questioning pre-defined concepts and ensuring that security, trust, and consent are embedded not just in policy, but in the very code and systems we design. For Yasmin, data science is not about driving a world forward at any cost, but about creating a people-first digital future where trust is earned, bias is dismantled, and technology truly serves society.

Our Story

After a period of unexplainable illness, founder Annemette Broch, started to contemplate on how her own health data could be of assistance in more than one area – not only in diagnosing her health issues. Having spent many years working with data and knowing how they can provide valuable insights within businesses as well as research in the health industry, it was the beginning of an idea that grew larger and the trifork vision became clearer in time:
